Personal check, Money Order, Visa, Master Card, American Express Accepted.
Personal checks must be received no later than 7 business days before the scheduled class date attending.

Seminars for Registered Nurse: $425.00
(Group registration of 3 or more: $400.00)

Seminars for Vocational Nurse: $325.00
(Group registration of 3 or more: $300.00)

A partial payment of $125.00 will be acceptable with the remaining balance due on the first day of class attending.

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, a letter of confirmation & directions to the venue will be mailed out to you immediately. All cancellations must be received 5 business days prior to date of the course attending minus $50.00 processing fee.
